Hi all, I am trying to install 4.6-RELEASE. As soon as sysinstall enters the disk editor, it flashes the message: "Geometry of 635534/16/63 not valid. Using a more likely geometry 93452/255/63. ..." This is strange because the actual disk is a 80GB ( Seagate ST380021A) with a C/H/S of 16383/16/63. I tried installing 4.4-RELEASE on the same machine and that worked without ever showing this message. What has changed and has anyone else encountered tis message?
