The 4.5 release does not contain XFree86 4.2.0 port.

It was added briefly to the ports tree prior to the release but was
backed out again because there were some reports of problems with it
and it was felt there was not enough time until the release to find and
fix any bugs.

It will probably be added back to the ports tree fairly soon now that
the release is out.
I don't know exactly when but my guess is that it will happen within a
week or two.
