I have a Dell 2x Xeon 2.20GHz with 2 70Gb U160/M 10000rpm FUJITSU MAN3735MP disks. It is running RedHat 7.3 with kernel 2.4.18-5smp. The top of the file /proc/scsi/aic7xxx/0 has: > Adaptec AIC7xxx driver version: 6.2.6 > aic7892: Ultra160 Wide Channel A, SCSI Id=7, 32/253 SCBs > > Corrupted Serial EEPROM I also get the kmod: failed to exec /sbin/modprobe -s -k scsi_hostadapter, errno = 2 in the system messages. I will have a go with the latest tarball and see what happens......
