If that is true, then converting it to a static plist will be relatively easy. 
The hard part is making it work with the numerous options and testing that it
actually works (which means running poudriere numerous times).  The plist is
easy, it's the testing that is hard, and you claim that is complete.  (I am
skeptical a bit though)

I don't really know what you mean.  Why do you need an example to update
unzipped files?  Just don't gzip them before you upload them.
