The OpenSIPs port so far is very nice, except it doesn't leverage all the
features enabled at compile time.

I have enabled a few more (cachedb_redis) that get build anyway, but where
missing from the plist and thus not installed.

I have also enabled (and fixed) proto_tls.c to include netinet/in.h in order to
avoid ugly "has incomplete type" compilation errors.
When TLS was selected before, the proto_tls module got neither build nor
packaged.
