just looking through my /etc/ files, since my system does warn users about their quota on login. if it makes any difference this is FreeBSD2.1.0R and warns both *csh users (csh, tcsh) and *sh users (sh, bash). /etc/csh.login: # yossman/22jul96 - added so all *csh users will get their quota readout quota -v /etc/profile: # yossman/21jul96 - added to show *sh users their quotas when they log in quota -v yossman On Sun, 22 Dec 1996, Bradley Dunn wrote: > Hi. > > Is there any way to have login warn when a user is over his/her disk > quota?
