The symbol nl_langinfo() (which came about in 4.6 IIRC) is missing from your system. If you installed gettext from packages, reinstall it from ports. If this is 4.6 or higher, then perhaps something is messed up with your libc.so or libc_r.so. Make sure you don't have NOLIBC_R defined in /etc/make.conf, and make sure that /usr/lib/libc.so points to /usr/lib/libc.so.4. Also, make sure if you're running -STABLE or -CURRENT that your world is in sync with your kernel.
