What this means is that I can write a CGI script in Perl or bourne shell, but I can't write one in C because I can't compile it on their server. Need: I want to write CGI scripts in C. Questions: Can I somehow install a version of gcc on my local machine (pentium 100 using Windows95) that will allow me to compile my C CGI scripts locally so that they can be uploaded and run on FlashNet's server?
