https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D242902 Bug ID: 242902 Summary: Plasma device notifier does not recognize exFAT USB drives Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: jwb@freebsd.org If I plug in a FAT32 USB stick under Plasma, device notifier opens up and everything is peachy. If I plug in an exFAT stick, I get nothing. The same exFAT stick will mount using autofs or sysutils/automounter under Lumina, but Plasma ignores it. This is a pristine KDE install on 12.1-RELEASE. fuse-exfat and exfat-utils= are installed and the fusefs module is loaded. From what I've found searching = the web, that should be all that's necessary for device notifier to recognize an exFAT volume. Is there something additional that needs to be done to make KDE recognize e= xFAT media?
