Lots of them are the unfortunate inclusion of files from /usr/include instead of those in /usr/src/ i.e. in libcrypt, openssl, libmd It looks like people i.e ru@ removed ../../sys from -I a while ago, I missed why, so adding it back in isn't the right fix. Even with the binutils patch, md5 will still fail though.
