Case of point: The last patch submitted in http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=59076 specifies "MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR += rusxmms:enc", but bsd.port.mk fails to generate a _MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR_enc variable.
