Having a 4.6-release ports tree means that your ports tree is two months out of date (since 4.6-release came out back in June 15). So his suggestion to having your ports tree uptodate is very valid. Here's a command to update your ports tree to the latest all on one line: pkg_add -r ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/packages/All/cvsup-without-gui-16.1f.tgz && /usr/local/bin/cvsup -g -L 2 /usr/share/examples/cvsup/ports-supfile -h cvsup2.freebsd.org Copy and paste the above all on one line.
