The perl in /usr/bin/perl can't seem to find getopts.pl in
/usr/lib/perl when it's asked for in require statements.  Where
are the default include directories for that perl?

Also, why are there two getstat processes running on the system?
They're part of the procfs implementation right?  They seem to
be keeping the load at around 2.
