Ah but 2.2.x has not been supported by ports for a while and 3.x support is
fuzzy. Not to start another debate on what ports *should* support (check
the archives, as it has been hashed over again and again), but sticking
with only current (5.0) and stable (4.x) makes life easier on the port
maintainers. Thus with 8.2.3 in the base for these branches there will not
be a port. Unless you can convince them to. ;)

Besides, it has been pointed out that it builds easily out-of-the-box.
