uname -a please

Updating to a current release would be the first thing I'd try.

Another then that, you are not giving much information. From the
description it sounds like you are using WPA, did you try to run
wpa_supplicant in debug mode? Smells like you are getting connected
but the encryption is going wrong somehow.
