* From: "Matthew N. Dodd" <winter@jurai.net> * Yea, thats a great idea. * * I'm sure we'll never want to run a.out binaries under new versions of X. * * # ldd navigator-4.7.bin * navigator-4.7.bin: * -lXt.6 => /usr/X11R6/lib/aout/libXt.so.6.0 (0x20685000) : That's not what the "a.out" support here refers to. The XFree86-4 port supports building on an a.out-only system. That is not necessary. As for netscape, isn't that why we added the XFree86-aoutlibs port? :) Satoshi To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-ports" in the body of the message
