I installed a fresh R 1.3.1 from ports and get: mp% R Fatal error: The X11 shared library could not be loaded. The error was /usr/local/lib/R/modules/R_X11.so: Undefined symbol "R_GlobalEnv" ?? Trying without gui gives: mp% ./R --gui=none R : Copyright 2001, The R Development Core Team Version 1.3.1 (2001-08-31) [snip] Error in dyn.load(x, as.logical(local), as.logical(now)) : unable to load shared library "/usr/local/lib/R/library/ctest/libs/ctest.so": /usr/local/lib/R/library/ctest/libs/ctest.so: Undefined symbol "Rf_imax2" > Any ideas?
