Intel usually makes the letter change when the update the chip's revision number. More than likely, the TX is a 60/66MHz chip and the ZX has been updated to support 75/90/100MHz. There are probably some other changes. I've been planning on updating the pcisupport.c code to reflect this chip, just haven't picked up the book yet. Danny J.
