I don't believe they are supposed to be in /dev. None of my network
interfaces are (I checked on 3.4-S and 4.0-S).
If the kernel detects them correctly and you can use ifconfig to
configure them, everything should work properly.

Other than the fact that they don't show up in /dev, what's the
