What else then? If you look closely on the server, you'll find that there's
only a directory 'gifmerge'. However, wu-ftpd is smart enought to tar and
gzip the directory contents if you request 'gifmerge.tar.gz'.

If tar/gzip moan about a broken file, make sure you download it as binary.
