I personally use this version because although it has less features and codecs than 4.x, it's simpler and works really more stable. Besides, I was able to work in full-duplex with this (using my patches contained in the port), but wasn't with 4.x (I know, 4.x should support full-duplex, but I couldn't make it to use it).
