That message comes up when sh notices that someone has set the
O_NONBLOCK flag on stdin.  sh resets it back to normal and prints the
above notice.  You usually see this when a curses or pthreads program
coredumps without resetting the terminal.

spamass-milter usually runs in the background or from rc.d so there
should be no way for it to affect your shell's tty settings.
