Postfix with CyrusIMAPd v2.2, cause, well, Cyrus IMAPd is just in a class all its own :) Note that CyrusIMAPd was extended several months back to do full virtual domain under a single IP hosting ... eachdomain has its own admin, own sieve filtering, own name space, etc ... and configuration is as simple as "create new directory structure for new domain", so no configfiles to modify ...
