Summary: in former times the hpijs/ijs driver was included in
the ghostscript-gnu and ghostscript-afpl port. Now it became
a separate port.

Apsfilter port resides on CD-ROM#1 to give people a complete
printing solution based on ghostscript-gnu-nox11. But this
port SHOULD include all printer driver we know of ...

Now is the situation, that the ijs printer drivers (from HP)
and possibly some others (I found another "spinned off"
message in cvs log of ghostscript ports Makefile) have been
made availabe separately for to me unknown reason.

Solutions:
a) bring ijs and all other drivers back to gs
b) add an additionally RUN dependency into apsfilter port
and put the missing packages also on FreeBSD CD-ROM #1
