Hi, What did you download, the source or binaries? The last time I looked at it there was enough internal documentation to figure out how to install it. Everything goes in the usual X locations. The window manager mw takes a bit more effort. Just fire up your web browser and do a search for mw. A number of universities have pages on how to configure mw. It still is a bit rough, so don't expect many applications to run with generating errors or crashing. Even with some simple programs I copied from my "How to Program Motif" book generated quite a few run-time errors. LessTif is still under development, unless you have a great desire to assist with debugging it might be a better idea to consider purchasing a commercial port.
