shell archive of the resh directory in the ports tree

This is a port of resh, a restricted shell that only allowes execution of
previously defined command aliases.

The port passes portlint, and I've tested it on amd64, but not on other
architectures. Since resh is written in Rust, I suspect the supported
architectures will be the same as the architectures supported by Rust.

This is my first ports submission, so any feedback is more than welcome!
