Hi,

I've modified mail.local(8) to use a db(3) database to store user
mailbox limits. There's a `default' entry for most users, and then you
can specify other limits/unlimited for certain users. When a user has
reached his or her limit, further messages are rejected. You use
makemap(8) to rebuild the database.

Ask me if you would like the diffs/source.
