I've imported a snapshot of FreeBSD into a local repository, then
made some changes to a file. Eventually, those changes were taken
back into FreeBSD's mainline distribution, and so I want to "retire"
the local file so it follows freebsd from now on and doesn't show
up as a conflict when I import later snapshots.

If I admin -o the local revisions, I won't be able to retrieve complete
shanpshots of my repository. :-(
