Parallel port code is now supported for Alpha, as of sometime yesterday
afternoon. Thanks to Doug Rabson for getting it in...

It's actually a little more complicated than that, but not much (there's a
somewhat i386-specific portion to the ppc code as regards LPT_IOSIZE)...

I've tested printing with straight 'cat's of files to lpt0, as well as
printing through GhostScript, gv, and Netscape, and they all work
beautifully...
