There supposedly are cd images on the following ftp sites..

ftp.gamma.ru/pub/FreeBSD/CD-ROM-images/
ftp7.de.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/CD-ROM-images/

They're not supported in any way, so you're pretty much on your own if
you use them.
