it seems to stopping during the read of /usrsrc/lib/libc -> something
/Makefile.inc. I check the file and lo and behold, it has garbage, or has
half the file. I then delete it, re-cvsup and get it, and then it turns
out to be a different file. What is going on? Always a Makefile.inc in
some directory.

Has anyone else ever experienced this?
