It could be for any number of reasons.  Maybe the port sucks, but
the guy who was reviewing it forgot to ask for feedback (as I
recall this is what happened when I reviewed isoqlog, but don't
quite recall why etc.).

Anyways, don't get frustrated... just nag somebody repeatedly.
They'll commit the damn thing out of pity.  ;-)
Note:  DON'T try this with some ports committers, you may end up
in his/her killfile list.  ;)
