I had the exact same problem with the exact same motherboard. I finally gave up at stuck a Tekram DC-390U3 in the box and it's worked like a charm. Obviously, this is not the answer you wanted (I was on a deadline). Also, sadly, I didn't realize that there are two different shapes of 64-bit PCI slots and the 370DL3 only has one shape and the Tekram is the other, so I had to use it as a 32-bit card..
