Howdy,

The web site is beginning to take shape.  I'd love a daemon with a
wrench and screwdriver if someone has a good jpg image.  I think that
would be a good mascot.  And, no, we will not argue about the mascot.

I've added some documentation on flash wear and the flash translation
layer.
