I've been trying to setup another hd in my bsd box all night now. I've managed to basically mess up the root disk so much that i need to reinstall. I haven't been able to mount the second hard drive i keep getting the following errors: mount -t ufs /dev/ad2 /mnt mount: /dev/ad2 on /mnt: incorrect super block I've tried numerus slices thinking that i may have chosen the wrong one but i either get device not configured or the above error. The second drive has been properly formatted and labeled using the fdisk and label in /stand/sysinstall so i'm stuck onto what i have to do next. I have tried multiple hd's in this machine and get the same results. Anyone have any ideas? Ryan Masse IT / Authoring Tech Mastery Group of Canada, Inc.
