 Apparently its configure script is worthless and doesn't actually take into
 account --prefix, --with-[tcl,tk]-lib, or --with-[tcl,tk]-include.
 
 Note: I have TCL 8.0, 8.2, and Tk 8.2 installed. The configure script
 apparently doesn't know how to handle this sort of situation.
