It will go into the into the tree when it is ready.  The FreeBSD
project has a policy that all significant code must be reviewed before
it goes into the tree, and that the concerns that have been raised in
the review be addressed.  This process is ongoing with the hps usb
stack, and when it is complete, it will go into current.
