If I reboot with the mouse plugged directly into the PS/2 port, the kernel creates /dev/psm0 just fine. I can then swap the cable to the one via the KVM switch and the mouse works fine. But if I boot with the KVM mouse plugged in, /dev/psm0 doesn't get created and I can't use the mouse at all. Any ideas? How can I force /dev/psm0 to be created correctly? If I try: # moused -p /dev/psm0 moused says Device not configured. -- Jonathan Arnold (mailto:jdarnold@buddydog.org) Amazing Developments http://www.buddydog.org A computer is like an Old Testament god, with a lot of rules and no mercy. --Joseph Campbell To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
