I did that.

I have grabbed this one, and installed. It compiled fine, detected by card,
and playback works,
but I cannot record while I play and I cannot play while I record .

dmesg (irrelevant lines omitted):

the channel 5 busy comes when I try playback (using mpg123 from ports) while recording.
playback works by itself.
Even if I try recording by itself, and then playback, I only get noise; but this can
be a problem with mic sensivity...)

Also, I have installed 2 1Mb SIMMs on the card (30pin, 60ns), but dmesg shows only 1 meg...
my card is GUS PnP, not Pro, so I suppose the only difference is that it comes with 0 RAM
installed?

Thank you very much for your fine efforts!
