I'll see if I can bug some people. Specifically do you > have to recompile samba after make world or just reboot? I did make buildkernel, make buildworld, make installkernel, reboot (-s), make installworld, mergemaster, reboot, rebuild samba, reboot (for testing reboot stability) The problem that nmbd dumps occurs every time I start windows and frebsd at the same time. I thought about, I think if I rebbot freebsd when windows runs then nmbd didn't dumps - but this may have sth. to do with having it already recompiled :-) So long Jens -- L i W W W i Jens Rehsack L W W W L i W W W W i nnn gggg LiWing IT-Services L i W W W W i n n g g LLLL i W W i n n g g Friesenstraße 2 gggg 06112 Halle g g g Tel.: +49 - 3 45 - 5 17 05 91 ggg e-Mail: Fax: +49 - 3 45 - 5 17 05 92 http://www.liwing.de/ To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-ports" in the body of the message
