>Description:
pybliographger port fails to build. The error is at configure time.
Ports version is 1.0.8 (latest version is 1.0.11, though).
Requirements include strict recode v3.5 (not 3.6 nor any other 3.5x), but according to my config.log, the problem appears to be before getting to check for recode (I might be wrong).
I installed recode-3.5 manually from the GNU sources (not using FreeBSD port's system).
