one ISP in Bolivia added IMGate in front of this mailbox server that was 
running spamassassin-style content scanner.  IMGate was rejecting 96% (27k 
rejects/day), and his msg Sniffer product, working on all mail passed by 
IMGate, was catching another 4% (less than 1000 rejects/day).
