No.  The resolver bug is present in the compat3x libc, which is why
the port is still marked forbidden.  Eventually someone will generate
a fixed version of the compat3x libraries and update the port.  That
may happen fairly soon, as fixes to compat2x and compat4x have
recently been committed to the main CVS tree.
