 It seems to me that the right thing to do would be to use pkg_tarup to 
 repackge the existing packages that were not just rebuilt.  This way the 
 packages get the proper dependencies.  As it is now, the repackaged packages 
 are useless as they try to pull in all kinds of older unavailable packages.
