I signed up for one year of Internet service through twistedpair.net and only recieved three months of service before they discontinued my Internet service. I recieved a letter from Twisted Pair Networking saying I could get a refund, but I never did. Now I am unable to contact them. I am writing to you inquiring if you know how I can contact Twisted Pair Networking. If anything, I suggest that you remove your advertisement from their website because of what they have done to their customers.
