I switched from linux to FreeBSD a while back, mainly because of the awful linux documentation but also because of the frequency of power problems in OZ that kept corrupting linux filesystems. Whilst the FreeBSD docs are heaps better than linux equivalents in most cases & are gradually improving over time, the apparently obligatory lack of diagrams / examples is still a problem for people unfamiliar with a particular application.
