You have definitely problems with your hardware (defective or slow RAMs, motherboard problems). Try setting the BIOS options to the most defensive values (slow RAMs, maximum waits, try disabling the 2nd level cache, PCI bus speed, shadowing etc.) Typically, a BIOS labels them as 'worst', 'slowest', 'disable' or alike).
