Hi:
    I want to run X-window using "winfast s700". I run xfree86 3.3.2.3 with
the
card, but it doesn't work. It prompt the error message :
  "xset:bad font path element (#42), possible causes are :
      Directory does not exist or has wrong permissions
      Directory missing fonts.dir
      Incorrect font server address or syntax"
After that, I heard that the card could work on xfree86 3.3.3.1, and I
upgraded
xfree86. But, it prompts the same error message.
I'd made all fonts.dir in /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts. The result is the same.

I don't know what I should do now. Could somebody has any suggestions?
