I have installed 2.2.6 RELEASE onto a WinBook FX and I can't get it to recognise the PCMCIA ethernet card. Here is the hardware configuration: Cirrus Logic 6730 card slot controller chip IBM Credit Card Ethernet II I have made /etc/pccard.conf but during the boot I get this message: pcardc: /dev/card0: Device not configured. I already did MAKEDEV card0. Do I have to have PAO or can I use the straight 2.2.6 release? What kernel configuration options do I need? -- Kim Shrier - kim@createtech.com Director of Development - CreateTech, Inc. voice 214-748-2233 - fax 214-748-3377 www.createtech.com - Custom Internet Solutions.
