I also have an ASound Gold card.

It cost  7 UK pounds including our sales tax.
Very very cheap.

It is based on the Avance Logic ALS120 chip.
Seems to work ok. But i cannot do full duplex as it is a
Vibra 16x clone.

I added the PnP IDs to the pcm driver a few weeks ago.
